Ingredients:
- 1 lb stew meat (or use 2 lbs for extra beefy goodness!)
- 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms (optional, but delicious!)
- 1 can beef broth (measured using the empty cream of mushroom can)
- Egg noodles (cooked separately)
Instructions:
In your crockpot, add the stew meat, onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, and mushrooms (if using).
Fill the empty cream of mushroom soup can with beef broth and pour it into the crockpot, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender and the sauce is rich and flavorful.
About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Serve the beef tips over the cooked egg noodles, making sure to spoon plenty of the delicious gravy on top.
